Adolescent Residential Treatment
Outreach House I in Ridgewood, Queens, and Outreach House II in Brentwood, Long Island, provide comprehensive and compassionate residential care for adolescents 12-17 years of age who are struggling with alcohol and/or other substance abuse.

Women’s Service Residential Treatment
In Richmond Hill, Queens, and Bellport, Long Island, Outreach offers unique, medically- supervised outpatient programs for women, women with children, and pregnant women struggling with alcohol and/or substance abuse. Conducted in safe, supportive, gender-specific environments, we provide specialized services with a holistic approach that meets the personalized needs of clients.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Service
In Greenpoint-Brooklyn, Richmond Hill-Queens, and Bellport-Long Island, Outreach provides quality outpatient treatment for persons, aged 18 and older with alcohol and/or other substance abuse problems. The programs are built on a multi-phase model creating opportunities to achieve and recognize specific goals as a person moves through each level of recovery.
